Q.

My baby is 4 months old he's getting enough milk through breastfeed but his weight is 6.125 kg. All are saying that he must be 6.500 to 7 kg. Is it correct weight for him or else additional food like milk, porridge to be served? please give me a guidance sir.

A. It’s a healthy weight gain for your child but yes there is a thing that I would like to tell you that your child should be at least a minimum of 2 kg more than the birth weight but I think your child may have given more than that so this is an excellent weight again this is going to be completely depended on the fact that how much is your child gain in a month it should be 500 g minimum of that is there then don’t worry about it it is on
