my baby is 4 months old and weighs only 5 kg.breast milk is not enough

A. Hello mama if breast milk is not enough then u can give formula milk to the baby... And once ur baby completes six months then u can also start with Cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree etc as the first food.
