my baby is 4 months old and is breastfed exclusively. he hasn't pooped for the past 4 days. is it normal. should I consult a doctor for the same?

A. It Completely normal because a lot of times we do not need the only pass Urine like 10 to 15 times in a day and that’s perfectly fine because I mostly on liquid so even if you don’t pass a motion for a couple of days then that is considered completely normal things that your child should not have any uneasiness because of that
