my baby is 4 months old and his weight only 4kg would you tell me please that his weight is fine or not

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, what was the birth weight of your baby? if your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month, achieving all growth milestones then your baby's growth is fine.
