Q.
My baby is 4 months old 7kg, can i give her this in case of cold and throat infection? Quantity?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only aftervy a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the typve of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

It’s an anti allergy medicine you can go ahead with that when most of the cases we always advised to take a medicine prescribed by the doctor as that is the right thing to do so as of now if you want you can talk to Dr for before you go ahead with itWrite Your Answer Here
