My baby is 4 months and 18 days old but her weight is only 5.25 kg. she is very active. Do I need to worry about her weight??

A. Yes The wait seems okay to me since I am not aware about the birth weight of your child I cannot say whether the word weight right now is current as per the birth weight or not you have to provide us all the details when you post a question associated with your
