My baby is 4 months 28 days old. Since 4-5 days, i observed that his pee is of dark yellow color. It’s a sign of dehydration. Can I give him boiled water? And how much?

A. 0 to 6 months If you are formula feeding your baby, they should get all the nourishment and hydration they need from the formula milk. Your healthcare professional may advise you to give your baby some cooled boiled water if they are constipated.
