my baby is 4 months 20 days old am breastfeeding mom as my daughter suffering fr loose motions from yesterday she is farting and passing stool in bubbles and green colour which medics should I use to control motions as previously our doctor suggested me scogut sachets with probiotic strain & probiotic with zinc sulphate let me know or shall I consult doctor

breastfeed frequently as breast milk gives much needed hydration, nutrition and comfort to child.
