Q.

my baby is 4 month old till her 3rd month she use to pass Motion 4-7 times but from the start of 4th month she is passing motion once in 2-3 days

A. it is ok .No need to panic . It is alright for baby at this . It may be physiological but I'd you feed some problem then consult any near by doctor for the examination of baby .
