My baby is 4 month and 27 days old and at night he’s sleeping in tummy..I changed the position and make to sleep in back but he sleeping in tummy position

A. If your child is how to switch the positions and change the position of the head then it is not a problem but usually in a small age it is not suggested to make the child sleep on tummy so instead of keep your child and put a pillow so that your child cannot change the position
