my baby is 4 month and 12 days old he is having only 100 ml of milk after every 3 hours ,what to do for his appetite

A. It usually somewhere around 120 ML but if your child is gaining proper weight the child is active reaching all the milestone and a child is happy and healthy then it’s not a problem at the end of the day the growth matters
