my baby is 4 month 27 days old, she got her vaccination yesterday, I gave dolo syrup and applied cold pack @ vaccinated area, but still she has pain crying a lot in pain, how long vaccination pain Will be there. please answer

post vaccination pain and swelling at site of injection can remain for 48-72 hours you can apply ice again and give paracteamol drops every 8 hourly
