My baby is 4 month 22 days old ,he is popping very frequently Due to this he is suffering from rash Why he is pooping too much What medicine should i gove to him

You can go ahead with applying Boroline anti septic cream regularly into the area and do not use diapers and as of now I would suggest you to go ahead with giving a probiotic to the child called Entrogermina but please consult your paediatrician as well
