my baby is 4 month 10 days.. his weight is 6.5kg..is it normal sir?

Yes the weight of your baby is perfectly fine.
By 4 months the weight should be anywhere between 5.6 -8.6 kgs.
ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months and triple the birth weight by one year
