my baby is 4 m old and I am a nursing mother plus he takes formula milk too, can I intake alcohol like 60ml as its my birthday

A. Maam See doctors don’t advise you to go for alcohol when you are breastfeeding but since your child is formula feed if you have alcohol then you cannot feed your child for at least 12 hours you have to flow it out of your system and you can have just like a one glass or a pint of beer not more than WhatsApp
