A. iam using lactare capsules also. but maximum 50ml to 60ml from both breasts. won't they increase.

A. You can’t exam lactation supplements if they really help you quite a lot you can continue with them for e.g. 3 to 6 months and if it does not then you’ll have to go ahead with giving formula feeding only to the child
