my baby is 4 and half month old .she is having vomiting last 2 days what should I do Bec I am just giving only feeding to her

A. Hello mom make sure while feeding her head is slightly elevated either with help of your palm or a baby pillow and she is burped well after every feed C take care of your diet and prefer only easy to digest and low spicy foods
