My baby is 4.5month old. His tongue movement is not outside the lips, when he touches his lips with tongue ,a line in center of tongue is seen. However he is not having problem in making sounds with his mouth and breastfeeding. So is it normal or some issue,photo is attached.

A. hi sorry but from photo,it is hard to judge anything it could be tongue twist problem please visit your pediatrician who can give right guidance after examining your child.
