my baby is 4.5 months and his weight is 5.940 grms . is it ok ?

Yes It seems quite decent to me also I am not aware about the birth weight of the child if your child has gained a minimum of 400 g every month and the wait has come up to total like this by the end then that’s a healthy weight gain for the child so you can just take the birth weight and you can calculate it accordingly
