My baby is 3yrs old he is suffering from heavy fever dyesentry and vomit for 3days.I consulted Pediatric for 3continous days, thy suggested me vomì kind tablet , para 250ml and enterogermina liquid bt still he is suffering same problem vomit also didn’t stop dysentery too got severe,thy took blood test and urine test aswell everything is normal Bt my baby is not eating anything and feeling too tired wat should I do

A. there is need for iv fluids if baby is weak. in loose motions baby will be losing lot of water and electrolytes please give ORS coconut water milk and zinc to the baby to avoid dehydration if the baby is getting dehydrated better to see the doct
