my baby is 3months old her head circumference is 42 cm is this normal... her height is 62cm and weight is 4.9kg

Maam The birth weight is missing in your queries so I can only say if your child has gained on an average of 1500 Gram weight in three months then it is an ideal weight gain and a circumference and the height would completely depend on the birth circumference and height
