Q.
my Baby is 3months old, and my breast milk supply is low. Can I still increase the supply?? i have tried all possible solution, but it didn't help please suggest solution.

Try taking lots of water and include garlic oats spinach methi sabza seeds eggs and non vegetarian food on a daily basis.
If the supply is still low then resort to formula

When you have already tried all the solutions yet it is not helping so I would say it would be difficult only but if you want you can still try otherwise to be on the safer side and practically speaking you should start giving formula feeding to the child as wellWrite Your Answer Here
