my baby is 3months 5days old her head not in propershape very flat on right side she always sleep on right side what can I do for to get back her head on.proper shape

Flat head in Babies is very commonly seen mostly on one side initially when the baby is not flipping on the sides in the first few months . so because of the continuous pressure over the soft skull bones such flattening can be there . This normalises by itself graduall'ry when the skull grows in size and shape with age .
No mustard seed pillow or any such kind of intervention like massage is required and doesnot help for the corrrection .there is nothing to worry at all.
