Q.

my baby is 37 days old..I giving her 30 ml top feed with breast milk every time..she is Not ready to take 60 ml..is it enough for her?her weight gain is very slow..what should do..how do I manage both feeds at a time?

A. Hai good morning !! Feed breastmilk and formula milk simultaneously every two hours but not at a time. Feeding 20-25 minutes breastmilk and next two hours give formula milk. Feeding quantity depends on baby present weight if baby below 3.5kg then 35-40ml is enough increase 10ml gradually by increase of weight week by week.
