my baby is 3 ys old.suddenly she got fever.im giving her crocin n antibiotics

A. Crocin absolutely can be given during fever but why are you giving antibiotic that’s what I am not understanding because till the time we do not know what is the reason behind it antibiotics are not recommended to be given as it because the liver of the child unnecessarily if antibiotics are given to the child
