my baby is 3 years old and from last 3 to 4 days he passing stool with slight bulgam although he is completely fine nd playful but I m worried what is the reason behind this ?

A. there can be chances of infection Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
