he has fever since yesterday and he is passing stool 3 to 4 times

usually it is normal among young babies to pass stool once in 7 days or 10 times in a day.
but if your child feel any discomfort and has temperature 100f or above then please consult your pediatrician.
please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs.
maintain good hygiene.
