my baby is 3 years and 9 months old. she still wears diapers. is it normal

It is not about being normal or not I can only say it’s very unhealthy and hygienic habit that the child has suggested to toilet in your child by the age of two years to 2 1/2 years totally so your child is free from diapers by that age right now it’s very unhygienic to use your diapers
