Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar. t
Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, your baby weight is fine. There is nothing to be worried about. Just guve her healthy diet to eat. Also you can add richness in your child's diet like ghee butter cheese etc but in limit.
Also give full cream milk or buffalo milk either plain or in the form of banana shake or mango shake etc. They are healthy and helps in weight gain too.
