my baby is 3 months old still he didn't not have control, is it normal, by which month he will have neck control

A child has a partial control by the age of three months completed in total by completing the time of six months it’s a if it is a full term child so right now If your child is having a partial stability then that is good enough there is nothing to be worried in this
