My baby is 3 months old. She still have clenched fist with thumb inside most of the time. While sucking on fingers she open both hands. While sleeping also her hands are mostly open. Should i be concerned as in primary health centre guide baby should be having fist unclenched by now

A. okay no problem e. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
