my baby is 3 months old she is pooping for five times a day and it contains water consistency with some yellow speks also her stomach is like a balloon please suggest me what to do I have given her medicines given by doctor for to stop the loose motions but still she is loose motions only

baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then don't worry
consult doctor if stomach appears to be bloated
