My baby is 3 months old now. He doesn't lift his head while on his tummy. He lift his lower body while on his tummy. But he is able to turn his head on both side while on his tummy. A. babies 3 months old so it is absolutely normal that the baby head control is now starting to normalise it is absolutely fine just give vitamin d3 1 ml daily to baby till one year of

A. Ur Child has just turned three months old so just give some time sometimes a child and delayed by the age of 3 1/2 to 4 months also but since you’re putting in so much of effort so I am going to say continue with that and slowly over the period your child will do it and will learn to roll as well
