My baby is 3 months old. It’s been 15 days, he is pooping after every breastfeed. Earlier he would poop after 2 to 3 days. His poop is mustard yellow and explosive and noticed mucus as well.

A. it's a norml small amount of poo 💩 in every time of brest feeding or every time of pee

A. Potty after Every Meal could be because of many reasons like some chronic infection whitch could be amoebiasis or indigestion or could be habhiitual also so it needs proper assessment to rule out the cause
