#asktheexpert I started solids for my baby who is 6m old ... He started pooping 3 to 4 times a day where in earlier he used to poop once in 2 days .. is that normal ?

A. ifs the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry of the frequency of stool but if it is hard and dry stool then only medical examination by the doctor is required

A. Hello maam Yes it is normal don’t worry about it because you just introduce food to the child so the digestive system is taking time to digest that food which is why your child is passing motion 3 to 4 times but is that I am there is no discomfort to the child there is nothing wrong with the motion do not worry about it
