My baby is 3 months old . Her eyes are always having watery flow out and her motion is also to watery.. I guess it’s bcoz of body heat.. get head is always heat.. wat to do

A. hello if the frequency of stool is fine and it's small quantity everytime then nothing to worry and should be fine and also keep managing the eyes near the nose 2 to 3 tiems a day.
