my baby is 3 months old. he makes rough noise due mucus in upper respiratory tract. why the mucus is not disappearing...what should i do???

A. they are simple respiratory sounds due to secretions which is present in the respiratory tract and if the child is comfortable do not worry about the noise which is coming out through the nasal cavity
