My baby is 3 months old. He is passing greenish liquid stool with mucus and It's grainy. From the past 2 days it's been happening and he is passing 4-5 times in a day after breastfeeding. Is it normal, please suggest.

A. Hello mom seems like infection,do take him to the doctor to admister the medication as per the requriement , also as a mother , you may also take care of your diet and prefer to have easy to digest foods only , as what ever you consume would have a direct effect on the feed.
