my baby is 3 months old formula plus breast milk fed. formula is aptamil grade 1. she has a lot of gas issues and keeps passing gas and cries at time while passing. she vomits 10 -20 ml after feed out of 60 ml fed. not curd sort of spit but milk directly after feed. please suggest what is to be done. weigh is 5.5. she has completed 3 months this 1st December

A. 5.5 kg is good weight. Hold your baby in an upright position, not lying down, while you feed them. Feed your baby smaller amounts at a time. Feed your baby without delay. Burp your baby several times during each feeding. may give colic aid drop
