A. dear parent, you should avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods like cerelac. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
