Q.
my baby is 3 months old and i have given her only breast milk in these months. from past few weeks she is not sleeping much. earlier she use to sleep for around 8 hrs or more in a day. but since few weeks she is sleeping for only 4 Or 5 hrs in a day. does she need more milk? should I start giving formula? because she is hungry most of the times

If your child is hungry then of course you should take support of formula feeding but just if your child is sleeping for 4 to 5 hours that does not mean the child is hungry so you need to be more sure about it and then only you can start with formula Siri if you require you can consult your paediatrician one time
