Q.

My baby is 3 months old and he hasn't passed stool in 2 days he is trying however he is not able to pass stool. Kindly suggest

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by dochytor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medfications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
