my baby is 3 months old and hasn't pooped from the last 3 days, she is releasing gas and trying her best but its not helping.. please advise a remedy

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
More sucking leads to more milk supply
