My baby is 3 months old, a white colour seen in his gums, is it teething? baby have fever and feels uncomfortable π₯Ί crying, reduced appetite, drooling, increased sucking.

kids can get their first milk teeth as early as 3-6 months..
all these are signs of teething..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day
