My baby is 3 months and 4 days.Her weight is 5.1 Kg and born weight is 3.2 Kg.Is she under weight now?she is exclusively under breastmilk.Is there any way to increase baby weight?

baby should gain atleast 500 grams weight per month
have frequent skin to skin contact,
at one time feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain
