My baby is 3 months 20 days old and is being breastfed. From past 2 days baby’s poop is of green colour. Please suggest if this is a matter of concern. He is taking vit d3, iron and multivitamin drops daily

A. it might be due to iron drops she is passing green stool . Or Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop. Imbalance in foremilk and hind milk also causes green stools.
