My baby is 3 month old suffering from cold, getting blocked nose and occasional cough. He is on Maxtra drops but no relief. What to be given

A. you are using proper medicines Cold cough in the baby are viral infections please give steam inhalation frequently e and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will take one week
