Q.

my 6 months old baby has a blocked nose and cough I'm giving him maxtra and saline drops but he feels irritated cause if nose block. How can I relief him?

A. please put nasoclear saline nasal drops in the nose of the baby Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

A. Hi mommy Use saline nasal drops Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Give adequate feeding Give indirect steam inhalation Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
