my baby is 3 month old .. in his head some rashes like redness is seen what is that ?what should I do

better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor ....

Sometimes it can also be because of changing weather in such case you should always try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. You should just continue using babies regular baby products and just avoid applying oil on baby is asking for next few days
