my baby is 3 month old. even though he doesn't have any temperature... but his head is hot... n other parts of the body is normal...

This is completely normal and also if you check in with a thermometer and you see there is no temperature that actually is very clear indication that there is no need of giving any medicine to your child as of now this is a completely normal body temperature sometimes you can see these kind of things with the kids but since there is no temperature no medicine is needed to be given
